If,

in the process of creating or operating the World Knowledge Bank, a Knowledge Contributor, including the World Knowledge Bank itself, becomes aware of a feature that unjustly advantages one Knowledge Contributor over another Knowledge Contributor that feature must be disclosed, discussed and equitably resolved.

Let there exist a generous and creative tension between the World Knowledge Bank as a whole Virtual Democratic Country and the Knowledge Contributors that govern it.
